"I have been with State Farm for years. While I have never been physically at this office, because when I moved to Katy TX, I did the paperwork online and via phone, still the customer service has been top notch. Kerri Ebertowski was the one who helped me recently add a new vehicle to my insurance policy, and answered all the questions I had. She is very friendly and made everything a breeze to get all the necessary paperwork and updates when I added a second vehicle to my insurance policy. I think the customer service provided is what keeps customers loyal for years."

"You see all these insurance commercials about saving you money, but when you call they are just as high as what your currently paying or high. Not with State Fatm. I worked with Froy and he actually saved my about $500 each month and my cover is way better then what I had before.
