"Just added 3 new cars to our family’s existing policy. Waiting for a callback from Matt. Each time I call I’m met with a nasty attitude on the other end of the phone. Were inconveniencing your people by calling with questions and requesting info regarding the policy we have with your office."

"I’ve been a customer of Matt Schomburg’s agency for about 20 years now, which probably says more than anything else I could write. Matt is someone who truly cares about the community we live in and is always giving back and supporting it, and that means a lot to me. The person I work with the most day-to-day is Tiffany, and she has been incredible over the years. She’s always quick to respond, helpful, and makes sure everything gets taken care of the right way. "I’m tired of state farm every 6 months i need to call and ask why my bill is higher. they don’t have an answer they just said that’s the rate state farm has. The new system they implemented they don’t even know how to use it last month did not get charged and of course this month is double. Not only that last time during the tornado i lost part of my roof they did not covered it i have been 20 years with them i they did not care about that.( when you read this review you might say cancel and get a new company guess what they don’t want to offer me a policy because my roof is old ) i’m stock with this people 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 so sorry so mad at State farm. hopefully this help to think twice about this company."

"I worked with Jesse today. He was very professional i was not an easy customer i can assure you i put him thru the paces. "Just off the phone with Shea, and the experience was just as excellent as every other interaction I’ve had with Matt and his entire team! They make insurance so easy to manage, and that’s coming from a dad with 8 vehicles for 8 drivers, with six of the drivers being under the age of 25! Matt and his team have provided better coverage (auto, homeowners, and beyond) for equal or lower costs than I could find anywhere else, and their service is incredible!!!"

While I have never been physically at this office, because when I moved to Katy TX, I did the paperwork online and via phone, still the customer service has been top notch. Kerri Ebertowski was the one who helped me recently add a new vehicle to my insurance policy, and answered all the questions I had. She is very friendly and made everything a breeze to get all the necessary paperwork and updates when I added a second vehicle to my insurance policy. I think the customer service provided is what keeps customers loyal for years."
